Application Process
1) Complete an Application

Admissions decisions are determined on a rolling basis. You can apply year-round and receive a decision in a short time frame.
​2) Meet our Teacher Leaders
​After your child’s application has been received, we will set up a visit with your child and your family.
We use this opportunity to engage with your child, so that we can begin to understand their personality and what sparks curiosity. After the visit, we will arrange a time to meet with you to talk more in depth about our programs and answer any lingering questions that you may have.

​3) Secure your child's enrollment
​If enrollment is offered for your child, return your signed enrollment contract and a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50. If you qualify for the DHS child care subsidy the fee is $10. Upon receipt of your enrollment fee, we will hold a place for your child in our program.

​4) Join the Community

Affording Lotus Montessori
The first thing we want is to teach your child. The last thing we want is to make a parent’s life more complicated. To this end, Lotus Montessori Academy includes all services for one simple all-inclusive monthly tuition. There are no hidden "extra" costs.
Whatever happens during the school day - art, dance, music, dual-language instruction, etc. - will be available to all students at no extra cost.

Before and After school programs are staffed based upon the number of children enrolled. Prior notice is required to utilize these programs and is not guaranteed unless enrolled in the Extended Day program.
We offer an early drop off option to our students. This begins at 7:00am. If your child enters school before 8:00 am, he or she will be utilizing the early drop off option unless enrolled in extended day. The fee for early drop off is $15 per hour. After school is available from 3:00 until 6 PM. If your child is in attendance and not enrolled in extended day you will be billed at a rate of $15 per hour. These fees are billed monthly and are due 1 week after receiving your invoice.
How are Tuiton Payments Handled?
Lotus Montessori Academy uses a tuition management company (TUIO Pay) to handle all tuition payments. Ordinarily payments are made on a 10 month or 12 month schedule startng in July prior to the start of the upcoming school year.
